1. What we collect
Account data: shop name, owner name, phone number, email.
Product data you create: product catalog, sales, udhar records, voice notes, WhatsApp messages you send to Bikri.
Usage data: anonymous page views and clicks on bikriai.com (if you consent to the site analytics banner). In-product analytics (e.g. session replays) only run if you explicitly opt in during WhatsApp onboarding.
Payment data: handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see card numbers.
2. How we use it
- To provide the Bikri service (sales, udhar, inventory).
- To send you commercial messages: trial reminders, dunning notices, payment confirmations, daily/weekly summaries.
- To improve the service (only with your consent).
3. Where your data lives
Data is stored on Convex (United States) and Vercel. Voice notes are transcribed via OpenAI Whisper / Mistral Voxtral. LLM processing uses OpenRouter (routing to Mistral / Anthropic).
4. Retention
- Nano tier: 12 months rolling.
- Basic tier: 24 months rolling.
- Pro tier: Unlimited (until you delete).
5. Your DPDP rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of all your data.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — request deletion.
- Withdraw consent — revoke analytics consent any time via the dashboard settings.

7. Cookies & analytics
bikriai.com uses privacy-friendly analytics (PostHog) only for anonymous page-view + click tracking, and only if you accept the consent banner. No session replays on the marketing site. No third-party ad trackers.
In-product, session replays run only if you opt in during WhatsApp onboarding (off by default).
8. Changes
We will notify you via email or WhatsApp before making material changes to this policy.
