By using Bikri AI ("Bikri", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Bikri is a WhatsApp-first retail management software for Indian shops. Features vary by tier; see /pricing.
3. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business in India to register a Bikri shop account.
4. Payment & billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. Prices are in INR and include 18% GST. See /refund for refund terms.
5. Data usage & privacy
Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the DPDP Act 2023.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Bikri to store data you are not legally entitled to store, or to transmit spam / phishing / illegal content via our WhatsApp integration.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your data is retained per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy and then deleted.
8. Limitation of liability
Bikri is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [CITY — TODO:USER].
