Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

Every new shop gets a 7-day free trial. No card is charged during the trial. You can cancel during the trial at no cost.

2. First billing cycle refund

If you cancel within 7 days of your first successful payment, we refund the full amount. Contact support@bikriai.com within 7 days of the charge.

3. Renewals

Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, your shop remains active until the end of the paid period, then deactivates (data retained per Privacy Policy).

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime by:

  • Sending "subscription band karo" or "cancel karo" on WhatsApp.
  • Using Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription (app.bikriai.com).

5. Failed payments

If your card fails to renew, we send 3 daily reminders. After 3 days of failure, the shop is suspended (data retained). Payment resumes access immediately.

6. Refund method

Refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method. Typical settlement: 5-7 business days.
